I just wanted to drop you all a line to say what a great job Shaun is doing and especially this week for us on the MOJ contract. It’s been one of the hardest weeks I’ve had since being Ops manager, what with all the issues we have had and Shaun has taken this all in his stride constantly updating myself, Russell and the supervisors. Shaun has managed to move engineers round so all our call outs have been met as best as possible, talked through issues with engineers or arranged his engineers to go over issue’s and always been on the end of the phone weather in hours or out hours to assist our query’s. Our jobs can be very stressful at times and the amount of pressure we have put on him this week I wouldn’t of been surprised if he had cracked at one point which he didn’t.
