The Project:
We currently provide Heating, Air Conditioning and Chiller Maintenance, Reactive and Quoted repairs to the whole of the South East MOJ Courts. This contract began in 2018 and expires on the 31st March 2020. The portfolio consists of 68 Courts across the South East. The contract is based on pre-planned maintenance and proactive repairs.

Mobilisation of Contract:
In order to provide the required support, we mobilised a dedicated office team consisting of a Service Manager, Administration Assistant and Project Manager. In addition, we mobilised a team of 8 qualified heating engineers, 6 chiller engineers and 15 AC engineers to support the contract.

We had a sit down meeting with Mitie Management and Area Supervisors and went through their online Portal allowing us to capture all assets. All assets were logged on our operation management system (Simpro) under the appropriate asset type. Each asset type has had individual test questions generated to provide a full service.
