DBS were appointed to provide HVAC maintenance including over 100 heating boilers, 40 chillers and numerous AC units across the portfolio to Skanska City of London. This contract began in 2017 and lasts for 5 years with an option of a 2 year extension allowing the contract to last for 7 years. The awarded contract was £200,000 per annum and the portfolio consists of over 200 buildings. Last financial year Skanska spent approximately £800,000 in reactive and quoted repairs with DBS. The contract is based on pre-planned maintenance and proactive repairs.
Mobilisation of Contract:
In order to provide the required support, we mobilised a dedicated office team consisting of a Service Manager, Administration Assistant and Project Manager. In addition, we mobilised a team of 25 qualified engineers to support the contract. We attended each site and surveyed allowing us to capture all assets. All assets were logged on our operation management system (Simpro) under the appropriate asset type. Each asset type has had individual test questions generated to provide a full service.
