The Project:
DBS currently carry out PPM support for all the Chillers, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration across two of their sites, identify any issues/faults, quote for remedials and carry any necessary repairs.

Mobilisation of Contract:
To provide the required support, two engineers and an internal service team of two worked on this project and had a very good report with the estates management and maintenance team. Our engineers found over an additional 100 Air Conditioning Units that the previous company had not serviced or listed on an Asset List. We had regular meetings with the Trust’s estate team to rectify this and make them compliant again. It also involved relabelling every asset as a lot of assets did not match up.
