The Project:
DBS carry out PPM support for all Air Conditioning plant across three sites, with over 100 of their split systems requiring an annual F Gas Certificate for compliance with the Refcom regulations. As a fully qualified Refcom registered company, DBS service these, identify any issues or faults, and quote for repairs.

Mobilisation of Contract:
We mobilised one Refcom registered engineer and an internal service team of two to provide the necessary support for this contract. We have regular meetings with the Trust’s estate team and DBS provide further support in supplying labour to service a range of HVAC needs. DBS have since been awarded the Chiller service contract across the three sites and also service the Gas boilers for Wexham Park Hospital. We carry out replacement and upgrade works to Chiller AHU and AC equipment.
